Pricing questions
No. Everything Netra does today runs on the phone app, with Premium features syncing through your account. The Home Hub is a separate product for network-level enforcement, and it isn’t available yet.
Discovery, all the network tools, alerts and the timeline, household roles and the permission matrix, guest access, the scam bulletin and the web dashboard. What doesn’t work is anything that has to act on the network itself: blocking a device, pausing the internet, and waking a machine.
Because we haven’t built it. Pricing a product that doesn’t exist would be a guess, and you’d be right to hold us to it. Join the waitlist and we’ll tell you the price when there’s something to sell.
Premium has a 14-day trial and doesn’t ask for a card to start. The free tier isn’t a trial; it stays free.
Up to eight members on Premium, plus guest shares, which don’t count against that. If you’re managing a housing society rather than a home, talk to us — the shape of that is different.
Your account drops to Free. Devices and names stay, history trims back to seven days, and permission grants are frozen rather than deleted, so nothing changes hands silently. You can export your timeline before downgrading.
